The National Storytelling Network offers a variety of services, publications and educational opportunities to several thousand individuals, local storytelling guilds and associations. These services are designed to improve the quality of storytelling at all levels - in entertainment venues, in classrooms, organizations, medical fields and wherever storytelling can make a contribution to quality of life.
The Timpanogos Storytelling Festival opperates out of Orem, Utah, about an hours drive south of Salt Lake. The Festival hosts two conferences annually: a Mid-Winter Event each February and a Mid-Summer Event in August. Each conference consists of 2-3 days of workshops followed by evening storytelling concerts.

The Garden City Library, located along the Boise river, continues to be a generous host to the Treasure Valley Storytellers monthly meetings.
